Ok, so I live in sports bras, t-shirts, and leggings. Don’t judge me. I’m sure a lot of you would love to do that but you have real grown up jobs and I (lets be honest) have given up trying to get an adult grown up job. But that is a different post for a different day. Lol
I bought a couple of these a few months ago because I needed to increase my supply and to throw some old ones away. I bought a large. I’m 5’4 and 160 lbs if that helps. But I also have lost some weight and my boobs volunteered as tribute, so now I need some better support. Hence the new sports bras.
These are medium support “yoga” bras, but they hold everything in place. I mean even on those weeks where I would pick a sports bra that is high support these do the trick. I mean I’m walking at 4.5 mph and they are going nowhere!
I don’t think I need a high support bra, but I am pretty active. This bra never chafed at all, even when I would do my 10K days. But they kept me secure in the fact that I could do jumping jacks in them and not have an ounce of trouble. I even wore one when I did the Burn Boot Camp class when I did ONE MILLION burpees!
I keep the pads in them, but I know a lot of people will take them out. That part can be a pain. I do wish they were just sewn in. But I assume there is a reason they don’t. So every time I do laundry, I look for the lost boob pads. Sometimes they come out, but not every time. You can probably deal with the occasional boob pad escaping, but if you can’t, just rip those suckers right out. Hahahaha.
These things come in LOTS of different colors and styles. I bought at least 5 or 6 more pairs since then. And I got a new style that looks like this:

And I loved that one so much that I bought 4 more! This one you can wear with regular clothes as well. Anything that you can wear with a racer-back would be good to go.
I don’t think I could go back to a normal bra now even if I tried. It’s not worth the hassle of underwire and the trade-off of comfort. You could wear this one all day and all night. And believe me, I do.
I can’t say I won’t ever use a different brand, but for now these are my only bras in the bra drawer. I’m sold Runnergirl, give me all the bras. I’ll buy them in like 75% of the colors.
Final Verdict
These bras, and this brand get 5 stars from me. I’m hooked.
