I tried these Eigsupia open ear headphones every day and don’t want to use anything else ever again in my life. I actually ordered another pair to keep at home and the first pair goes with me in my purse wherever I go. I have even kept them on while I went grocery shopping and running errands after I left the gym. You can barely tell they are on your ears at all. I forget I’m wearing them quite often. Unless I get a call or a text or a notification.
These little guys will take a beating too. I’ve dropped one several times while on the treadmill. And they are both covered in sweat when I take them off. The only issue I’ve had at all is that the salt from my sweat will build up on the charging port. So I needed to clean that little connector with alcohol.
These earphones last all week long. I usually charge them on Saturday, after having spent about 10-ish hours with them on during the week. Sometimes I have worn them for 18 hours in a week and still charged at the end of the week.
These have a clear stereo sound for listening to your favorite music. They have great call clarity and a good quality microphone if you use these for calls. You can also still hear the world around you with these headphones, making them safer than in ear headphones. The description states that one charge will get you 4 hours of playback time and up to 36 with each charge in the case. These use 5.3 Bluetooth technology and a range of 10 meters or about 33 feet. And some of the touch features let you control volume and answer calls.
If I were to compare these to the more expensive Raycon open earphones, I would give these 5 stars and the latter 4 stars. They both have touch controls on the earbuds themselves. And they have charging cases that let you know how much battery life is left. The design of the earbuds is what makes the Eigsupia the real winner.
The Raycons had a feature that lets you move the earphones on a swivel to make them more comfortable to wear or make them fit on your ear better. That swivel was the wrong choice. It made them fragile in that area. And the plastic on the swivel will break on you where the Eigsupia earphones are in a fixed style. They don’t have the same pain point.
And the price! You can’t beat the price. That is why I have a house pair and a purse pair, lol.
